Building a Creator Lending Pool with regenerative incentives on LTV
Staxe coordinates, structures, and tokenizes music and creative assets and sells these as NFTs for a share of their success. We work with artists, labels and music promoters to enable their economies on web3 and build their communities.
As an extension of its current offerings, Staxe is looking for ways to unlock the potential of DeFi liquidity for creators’ assets, while rewarding their audience’s environmental and social activities with better credit terms. This challenge aims to encompass ETHDublin’s 3 core tracks: Creative economy, DeFi and Social Impact

NFTfi opps have been gaining ground in the NFT space. There is much potential to be unlocked from using creator assets represented as NFTs as collateral for access to DeFi liquidity
Staxe is looking to take creative assets, such as music rights, art ownership, event tickets and more, on-chain. These tokenized assets can serve as Real World Assets in DeFi protocols as long as their intrinsic value is properly defined.

Regenerative Actions - refers to activities that generate a net positive impact on the environment and/or social causes. Please see https://www.ultragreen.money/ as a suggested framework for defining net positive impact. Music moves audiences. Audiences can be incentivized towards regenerative actions.

Requirement: please stick to EVM- compatible building blocks for this challenge, as we intend to take this multi-chain. Please do try to check best compatibility with judges for specific protocols that you have in mind implementing (ie uniswap, chainlink, etc)
